I am new to this thread! We keep changing the dates of our trip... first we were leaving on Jan. 2... then Dec. 27.... now today we're thinking we'll leave Dec. 19th! Who knows when we'll actually go but we're definitely going!!!!

We'll be there!!!! My DD and my 2nd christmas at the most magical place. We'll be at the CR but considering to move over to the Dolphin at their new rate and all their fun activities. Does anyone know if the CR are doing any fun Christmas activities for the kids? Woo hoo only a month and 1/2 away!!!!!

you know this has nothing to do with our trips..but does anyone else really have the name of belle?? that is actually my middle name....its my moms and my daughters also......i see so many belles on here and i figure they are from the character..but i am an actual belle...just had to say that....

I can totally relate...

We'll be staying at POFQ from 12/16 until the 22nd, and even my husband has finally gotten the bug. It helped that I bought the Unofficial Guide to WDW by Bob Sehlinger, left it around the house, and now my previously unenthusiastic husband now knows more about things like restaurants and attractions than I do.

We chose to come home a few days prior to Christmas since, as
a former CM at DL in California while in graduate school, and who worked two years at Christmas, I know just how crazy Christmas and New Year's can be in the MK. This way, we miss most of the really huge crowds, get to see the very cool decorations, and will be home for Christmas day. While we have no kids of our own,
my husband has a daughter (and grandaughter) from an earlier marriage, and it seemed politically correct to at least be home from our holiday in time for Christmas - especially since we chose
NOT to take the grandaughter with us on this trip.

So, even though I 'm new to the DIS site, and have tried at least twice to make the counter thing work, I know that I'm about 33 days out from a wonderful trip.

Now, if only those pesky unions don't really go on strike.

I use Emmabelle because Lorabelle wouldn't take. A friend of mine calls me Lorabelle for Lori, and belle because it's my favorite Disney flick. I had to go with my cats name instead. Can't wait for xmas trip even if it's going to be mad crowded.
