So what new Snow Globes have you gotten lately??

Has anyone picked up any new ones? I was looking at a few but still can't get myself to buy the Peter Pan Pirate Ship... Just a little expensive (as I look at all the pins just sitting around)

Nat,
I bought a few at the parks this past trip. I got Mickey holding up some of his clothing, and some small Mickey globes from the parks.
You were just a little slow on the Peter Pan globe, I got it when it was $65. Of course it doesn't spin like the new one does, but I still like it.
Was checking out the new ones at TDS today. Found two that are on my Christmas list. I always get snowglobes from my boys for Christmas. Peggie

I bought a really nice Lady and the Tramp snowglobe from Wal Mart this past Sunday. The quality is just as nice as Disney's, but much cheaper. I can't wait to see what I find at WDW when I do down in November.

So you know that Beauty & the Beast one I mentioned Target has? Went to Lowe's they had it for $9.98! It was about ~15 at Target, so I bought it today.

And since I'm talking about Beauty & the Beast snowglobes, there is a beautiful new one in the new Disney catalog that comes out tomorrow. It's also Belle & Beast playing outside in the snow. The birds are sitting on the Beast's shoulders and everything. Every year I get a snowglobe for my birthday from DH. The last two years I heavily hinted at which one I wanted (WDW Double Bubble, and the Alice 50th anniversary) and DH commented that, "this year he was looking forward to picking one out for me." DH is out of luck , but I told him he had a choice. In the new catalog there is a centerpiece, that looks like a tree and at the end of each "branch" is a little snowglobe. It's really pretty.

Another thing about the new catalog...in the store they have 3 new mini snowglobes Cinderella Coach, Princesses in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle and Belle & Beast with Rose. If you order all 3 of them from the catalog you save 25%!

I finally broke down today & ordered my Haunted Mansion snowglobe online, but it's an 11 week wait. I have my fingers crossed for a Pirates one.

I LOVE that new B&B one coming out, gotta have it.

I have the Haunted Mansion snowglobe and it's wonderful. However...

My mom bought one and I got one and both of them seemed to have been put in the packaging before they were completely dry. As a result, the styrofoam stuck to the tree on the back side of the snowglobe. We're still trying to get all the pieces off without ruining the paint job, at least it's on the back. So be careful when you unwrap it.

My Mom also tried to get the Haunted Mansion lighted house. 3 so far, first one the fiberoptics didn't work, and the battery case got really hot. 2nd one, lights & fiberoptics all work but one of the ravens was chipped. 3rd one, half the fiberoptics don't work.

I really haven't like many of the new ones. I do want to get the Lilo & Stitch one if there are any left.
