So .. What happened with the Contemporary DVC?

There was so much excitement on here about the coming Contemp Villas ... where did the plan go wrong (or is it in fact really coming)?

rumor says AKL will be first. then a DVC resort in DL. then maybe Cont.

until Disney says what it is during anything can still happen.

That's why the threads referred to this as a rumor. It was never a "plan".

We may never now. It may very well have been planned. Just like EP was planned, though the CR was never as far along. What could of changed - any number of thigs. Construction issues, costs, change in priorities, timing.

As mentioned earlier, that is why these are just rumors.

i know your tired of hearing from me today but i had to add to this one.

i know the cont.(on the monorail, no less) would be a fantastic addition to the dvc, but so would akl. i would probablly opt for villas at the animal kingdom lodge for my purchase. it has always been my alltime favorite resort.

would that be about 5 yrs down the road? better get my money ready.
