The way I remember it, after the AIE we did TOT first. The sign outside said the wait was like 45 minutes, but I remembered from my trip in January that the posted wait was like that and we walked right on. And I mean RIGHT ON, as in right to and through the library and right to the elevator where they were waving us on to fill out a car. It was a little longer this time, like 10-15 minutes, but not much at all. We still had time to ride RnRC and get to the buses before Fantasmic let out.
As for the AIE finale, as Sarah said, I thought the young English girl, Rachel Rawlinson, seemed very polished and professional for a 15 year old. When we got home, I did a Google search on "Rachel Rawlinson London" and found that a girl by that name had appeared as Jane Banks in the London production of the Mary Poppins musical in 2006, and also appeared in a production of "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang". Maybe it's just a coincidence, but I would be surprised if that Rachel isn't the same as the one we saw in AIE.
I thought Rachel and Marvin were both great. Rachel sang the song "I Need a Hero", and the way she danced around to it gave me the impression that she had done it before. Marvin was great too, but I think he won in part because he really played to the crowd. He also had the advantage of being last, and when he finished, the "Simon" judge said "I have two words for you- YOU WIN". I think that may have really influenced indecisive voters with short attention spans.
