So, what do you tie around your stroller to distinguish it from others?

I
I was thinking of tying a piece on the rental car antenna too so maybe it will be a little easier to find in the parking lots.....anyone ever put something on the car to make it easier to find?

I saw a post a while back that suggested putting a glowstick in the back window of your rental car if you plan on exiting at night. Sounded like a good idea to me...

Before our last trip I went to Walmart and they had several rows of bandanas and scarves hanging. As I started walking towards it I just looked for the one that 'stuck out" the most. It was an orange print thing. GROSS!!!!!!! but perfect for my purpose. We tied it to the handle of the stroller and flipped it onto the top of the stroller when we went into a ride or show and NEVER missed it when looking through the rows of stroller afterwards.

I had to laugh when I saw this post. We took my DS(3) to Paramounts Carowinds today as sort of a test run for our Oct WDW trip - let him see some big characters (he calls them "stuffies"), experience waiting in line. Also wanted to see how well we did with the stroller. We have an old umbrella stroller, no canopy, no recline, and I've been agonizing over spending $100+ on a Maclaren or similar.

Came back from my WW meeting this morning and DH was "tricking out" the stroller - adding cup holder, storage, umbrellas, etc. with tie wrap and duct tape!! Add a bright orange-and-blue umbrella to the side, and NO ONE was going to mistake that stroller for theirs!! We headed to Carowinds with our Frankenstein stroller and did fine with it. No problem distinguishing it from the Maclarens and Combis. DH is now trying to figure out how to add a cooler and make it easier to disassemble for bus rides, etc.

So I guess my answer to "what do we hang on the stroller" will be "a little bit of everything"!!

Thats a great idea but I haven't been able to find one. Looked at Walmart and Linens N Things. I think I'll start looking for a golf towel-may be easier to find.

Last year I just used a piece of ribbon.
I found a golf towel at WalMart Thursday and today I found the hanging kitchen towel. I'll be taking 2 strollers in Oct so I think these will work great. I've also got that lime green and pink floral ribbon from last year.

I have a couple of big bright fabric flowers with bendy stems i'm gonna take to top the stroller with. that should work.
