So tired smelling pot everywhere!!!

You don't want to live in my house, then. My neighbors on both sides like the wacky baccy a bit too much. I can't even open my bedroom windows on nice nights because my neighbor on the right sits on his back step and smokes it.

I don't care if people use it, but I have always hated the smell.

UGH! Skunk weed! That smell is awful. And not the same smell I knew in college.

It does smell like skunk! I go to my sisters house every few weeks and for the longest time I thought there was a skunk living in the woods next to the house. Nope, turns out their neighbor enjoys a “smoke” on his back porch on a pretty regular basis! It is legal. Duh on me!

Went to see Aladdin in Times Square 2 weeks ago and the smell of pot while we were walking around was horrendous. The 8 year olds that were with us kept saying they smelled skunks.

Funny story...a few years ago I read my DS the riot act ...turns out there actually was a skunk holed up under our back steps.

I also think it smells awful. I don't know how people stand smoking it. That said, I don't like cigarette or cigar smell or incense, or most candles.... pretty much anything burning is not anything I want to smell.

Short story... years ago in the late 50's my grandmother was prescribed a power that they got from the local drug store. She had those tiny metal aspirin containers (most of you have probably never seen one) and she would create a small mound of that powder on it and light it and inhale the smoke.

Years later I happened to be a party where people were smoking pot and when I walked into the room I started to look around for my grandmother. She had asthma and at the time that was prescribed as a relief and available at any drug store. My Grandma was a pot head before it became popular.

I'm officially old, (I'm pretty sure 75 is consider old) but I see no problem and do not have any concerns about smelling it or smoking it for that matter. However, I still think that whether its cigarettes or pot inhaling that stuff into your lungs is detrimental to ones health over time. It took me years to quit smoking cigarettes and I wouldn't want to trade that off for a pot habit. The one time that I ever tried it I thought my throat was being torn apart and I was a cigarette smoker at the time. Never had a desire after that. Now gummies? That is a different story all together.

I thought the same thing....but I'm with everyone on this. I'm totally cool with legalized weed, but I don't enjoy the smell of it at all.
