Hi! I've been following your pj and never actually posted there but your wedding was stunning! I'm excited to follow your ptr and especially love your music theme and the window decorations! The pic of you and your hubby fits right in with the rest I lovelovelove trip planning so I can't wait to see more!

I'm secretly jealous of your ice cream date I wish we could tweak our plans by a few weeks (again, lol).

It's going to be April in a few days.... which means we'll be going to WDW the next month It's almost here!!

•I wish scientists could nail down teleportation! It would be the easiest thing!

* Your dining reservations sound tasty. I've only been to Tony's - I had the scrimp scampi, and it was very good!

Sorry for the absence, everyone! I went home to PA for a week for more medical tests, we are in the middle of moving to New Hampshire, AND I got rehired with the Disney Store, so I start that job soon! (Can you tell I've been a busy bee?!) Life is still good though.

Here is a bit of a honeymoon-related post!

We are this close to our honeymoon!:

I'M GETTING SO EXCITED.

•Our Magical Express packet / bag tags came in the mail, however even after calling Disney 2 times...they still didn't have our flight info listed! Grr.

•I went clothes shopping! I have so many cute outfits now! I decided that I'm going to 'Disney Bound' an outfit for our dinner at Sanaa that will be Animal Kingdom Lodge-esque. Pictures coming soon!

•It's getting closer to May which is exciting for me because I am planning a surprise for Chris! I have been sketching a cake design that I'd love to have created and brought out to our dinner at Citrico's (first night we are there). I will post more about this in the next update.

Thanks lady! Yep I'm just a sales associate, but I love it! if you have a couple of days to devote to it, you should think of applying! I love being apart of the magic.

Ok, so I'm writing to ask all of you lovely readers for help. Since I am officially back with the Disney Store, I get my cast member discount again. I checked what the hotel discount rates were for the time we are down next month for our honeymoon and got a couple of surprising results...

Right now we are booked at All-Star Music, but with the CM discount we could switch to Movies OR if we pay an extra money we could upgrade to Caribbean Beach. So many decisions!

Anyone have recommendations? Should we stay put? Should we go to Movies to have our groomsman save money? (he's paying for us, if you recall.) Or should we splurge for a moderate hotel? Do you all think there are better benefits when staying at a mod vs a value for your honeymoon?

EDIT: After doing the math, it would cost us an extra $9.05 more to upgrade to Caribbean Beach from All-Star Music. This seems like it should be a no-brainer, but what do you all think?

Any thoughts are appreciated!!! Thanks!!!

Oh Danielle, BIG warning about CB!!! It's nice, but it's soooo big that depending on what building you get, you might have to walk clear across the resort grounds to get to the main food court and shops! It also takes forever to get a bus and if you're the last pickup, you'll never get a seat. We stayed there in the Pirate rooms for our weeklong vacation last November and vowed never to stay there again!! on the flp side, we love the port Orleans French Quarter!! It's just the right size, the rooms are newly renovated, and it's all close to the main building. The biggest difference in the value and mods that I've found is the rooms are slightly larger, have double sinks, Queen size beds, and mini refrigerators. If you have the opportunity, check out your price for port Orleans FQ.

On another note, how lucky are you to be able to work for Disney. I would sooo do that a couple days per week if I had one near where I live. Funny enough, Disney is in Florida but there are NO Disney stores anywhere in the Panhandle of Florida. Crazy huh!!!

I would upgrade! CB is really nice in my opinion, and while it is big that has never bothered me about resorts. I don't mind waiting a little longer for a bus or walking a little bit more. And I love the themeing and bright colors at CB. Good luck with your decision!

I would upgrade. We've stayed there on our first trip together--I think it'll be good!! The rooms are much bigger, the busses were pretty good, it's a central location, there's 2 hot tubs to relax in I say go for it!

Now if you look in my signature, you'll see what I did yesterday I'm crazy--but curiousity was killing the cat! Who changes 10 days before they leave?? I need to update my PTR now!

Thanks, ladies! The only two options I would want to switch to are: Caribbean Beach and Port Orleans Riverside, since we've both stayed at Coronado Springs and French Quarter before. I think I'm going to call and switch over to Caribbean Beach, though. I was thinking how it might actually be more relaxing there, especially since we would only be utilizing the busses for our dining reservations and one park day. There seems to be a lot more going on around the resort too. I'll be sure to tell you all after I make the call!

I love it! Honestly, I'm sure there are MANY more people who switch their hotel reservations up until they arrive. Your hotel options sound amazing, though. I'm particularly jealous of the Poly. You will have an amazing trip!

As promised, here are some pictures of the clothes I purchased for our trip! (Please excuse the wrinkles...they were still in my suitcase from when I purchased them. )

•May 20th - I'm still not sure what outfit to wear for the Boston D23 event the day before we leave. This is a TBD.

•May 21st - Traveling from Boston to Orlando...I will probably wear jeans and some sort of a short-sleeve shirt.
But for our dinner at Citrico's, I plan to wear this dress!:

•May 22nd - For dinner at Sanaa, this is my Disney Bound Animal Kingdom Lodge inspired outfit. I still wanna find a couple of other accessories to go with it, but if you can't tell there is an elephant necklace on the shirt. :

•May 23rd - I made a dinner at Shutters, in case we do switch over to Caribbean Beach. This is the dress I will wear that night:

•May 24th - Our Magic Kingdom day! Gotta be comfortable:

•May 25th - Typhoon Lagoon day, so I'll be wearing a swimsuit most of the day, however, for our dinner at Artist Point (and for the DISbride ice cream meet-up!) I'll be wearing this:
