It's not actually free dining. They are advertising a package with quick serve dining making people think its free dining. If you price it out its the price of room/tickets/dining and not just room/tickets. Any real free dining offers haven't been released yet.

If it covers aug/sept dates but isn't the FD this may be a good indicator that FD will start will the moderates this year. Who knows.... Any link???

So, not even a special offer. It says "Great package options are available select dates: January 2 - December 12, 2013." Which means it's not even new, even though we're just starting to see TV commercials and Internet ads for it this week.

Here's the full fine print, listed later: *Sample prices are based on 2 adults, one junior and one child in a standard room at a select Disney Value Resort for select 2013 dates: January 2 to February 13, February 24 to March 7, April 7 to May 30, August 4 to November 22, and November 30 to December 12, 2013. The number of rooms allocated for these packages may be limited. Tickets valid for one theme park per day and must be used within 14 days of first use. See more package options for 2013.

But again, as the PP mentioned, these prices are not discounted. I assume the dates listed in the fine print just match up to the cheaper seasons during the year.

I wonder if they're "fishing" to see how many more ressies they can generate by advertising this "low" rate? It's the middle of the month already and so most people during the August-September timeframe are past or right at the 180 mark. I sure hope they offer something good soon!

They currently have bounce back on rooms till the end of the year with some blackout dates!
