It's all about the kids this weekend!
We have a Scout Show this morning and our cub den is running the Pinewood Derby.
Then we have DS8's First Communion tonight at Mass followed by a party for family and friends.
If its still raining tomorrow, we'll see a movie.

Mandatory fun with my DH's office (the kids stay overnight at aunties - that's the real fun part ) and swim team orientation party on Sunday. Summer is sneaking up on me!

DH and I haven't stopped over the last few weeks--3 weeks ago we were at Disney, 2 weeks ago we kayaked a nearby river, and last week I spent hours on Saturday and Sunday at the library book sale (DH carries the books for me and waits in line to buy them ).

So this weekend we are doing nothing except relaxing and catching up on paying bills, cleaning the house, and listing my new books/ephemera on Amazon. We'll go for a couple of walks in the Florida sunshine (see my self-made tag! ) I'll play on the computer and DH will probably watch a few DVDs.

Then we're spending next weekend at the beach. Woo-hoo!

Im really starting to panic now. Im not nearly as done as I should be!

Today I'll probably work on revising my 15 page paper, since that has to be done on Thursday, and it's going to take a lot of work. If I'm adventurous, I'll also start my paper for stats (ok that won't happen) Tonight we have tickets to some step show on campus, but I don't know whether I'll actually go or not, because I've been feeling pretty lousy lately because of my allergies and nights are the worst.
Tomorrow I have to figure out what needs to be on my slides for a presentation about repressed memory, then tomorrow night my presentation group is getting together to put the power point together. Presentation is Monday

last night I took dd12 to her old school to see her best friend in a play.......I just started the washer............ on a side note: Ms.Kitty----glad to hear from you I was wondering how your were with the dr.'s and insurance mess-hope your doing well!!!

Went to a job fair. Guess my current principal will be happy that I am not leaving.

Go grocery shopping this morning.

Tonight DH is going to a car show and the Danbury Mall is right next store, so I guess I'll have to go force myself to go shopping for some clothes for Disney next week .

Tomorrow go to the Stormville flea market (which I absolutly love to do). After that it's time to start packing.

The most important thing to do this weekend is check out these boards.

I am so addicted I need to form a Disboards anonoymous LOL. When I log on I totally loose track of the time and then nothing gets done.

It's funny how some things work out. I was suppose to be heading to California next weekend to see someone I met on a resent trip, but that has been put on hold because I met someone who lives near me and I want to see how that goes. On Sunday, I'm going on my first real date in over 6 years, and to say I'm a little scared is an understatement. Not so much that the date won't go well, because we both believe it will, but more along the lines with the stomach doing flip flops and getting butterflies in my stomach. We have talked by IM, email and by phone for the last week and really hit it of very well. Many of the things she likes, I also like so we have a ton in common and lots to talk about, plus she loves Sci-Fi and Star Wars .

Were going to the Science and Industry Museum in Chicago and then out to eat and possibly a movie after that.
