Yeah, they actually are bad. Really bad. Plan Nine bad. Ishtar bad. My god . . . Barbie Princess and the Pauper . . . TWO badly-CG-animated Barbie dolls . . . a tomboy cat that thinks she's a dog . . . "You're just like me, I'm just like you . . . " < cowering in corner, whimpering > . . . please . . . make it stop . . .

And don't get me started on the one with the unicorn, whatever the hell it was.

Ok, let me rephrase that: They're not bad if you have to hear it from 2 rooms away. Did you think I actually watch them?!

I do really hate that "You're just like me" song though. Grandma & Grandpa bought each of my girls one doll from that set, that when you push the button on their backs at just the right moment, they sing the song together like in the movie. I've been plotting those dolls' demise for awhile now.

My husbands boos tole me once that when he opened his basement door it golwed pink from the basement...way too much Barbie stuff!

My fgirls loved their Barbies..we had tons..but we also had all the Disney princesses and my youngest one had the Bratz dolls. Never had the videos, those came out after their Barbie days. I am very glad those days are over.
