Glad your cat is ok for now and got to come home! Have a magical time on your trip!! I'm excited to hear about Vero. I live an hour and a half away, but I've never been there for some crazy reason!!

We're excited to see Vero. Marc and Anita seem to love it there, and it will be nice to do something different. We're going to visit a new (to us) zoo, so that will be fun. Plus, we're hoping to see some other DIS friends while we are there. Should be a lot of fun.

I love watching the fireworks from the Poly beach.

I prefer seeing them from Poly. You see the whole spread, and there is room to move around. And it's easier on little ears.

I told him yesterday he was going to have to find new sleeping arrangements soon.

One suitcase is packed. The other just needs all my last minute stuff. I am planning to leave here around 10 or 11.

Today in the report is our last day in Disney World.
Today in real life we leave for Disney World.

Last morning.

I took the girls to play while Jill and John got the room all packed up.





Yes, they are still in their nightgowns.





Playground time was followed by some last minute kiddie pool time.



And then there was hoop and building blocks time with Carson and Parker who were about to head out on the UnME. They had been lucky, though, because they had gotten extra days already.

I love the picture of Sloan here. He was not a Disney convert until recently.





Next up - a few minutes of video games and TV.

Do you like cars? We're going to be at the Car Masters show in DTD on Saturday morning. I might finally be taking pictures of something you are interested in down there that is not normal Disney shopping.

Have a great trip! I know any trip with grandkids is great! Hope your kitty is ok while you're gone. I used to have cats before I got married, but my dh hated cats so I found homes for them. He used to live by a real cat lady whose house always smelled so bad so he wanted nothing to do with them. Funny thing was he had no problems with my St. Bernard.

I was about 10 pages behind but now I'm caught up! We have been in the midst of selling our house so things have been a little crazy. I love all of your pictures, especially of the sweet treats from the Confectionary and Goofy's and your even sweeter girls. I'm sorry to hear about your kitty but hope that he is enjoying relaxing at home. It's so exciting that you'll be in Florida soon! Will you have any time to meet up (even briefly) over the weekend? If I have to have a pet, I'm glad it's a cat. As long as he has water, food, and a litter box, he can be left alone for a while. And cats are quiet compared to dogs. He doesn't make noise when people walk down the street. Mr. Snooty has a preference of litter types. I need not bother with any other kind. After he goes, whenever that comes, my house will remain pet-free.

We just watched a youtube video of the Clyde and Seamore show at SeaWorld. I know it wasn't the real thing, but they weren't all that impressed. Maybe we should mark that off the list of things to do at SW. We watched another video, and they did like where it showed the rays and the dolphins.

With my history of carcinoma and melanoma, I am actually supposed to stay in the house, away from the windows, covered up in blankets, with 70 SPF lotion on. I will walk out to the beach once or twice for pictures, but that's about it.

I will take all that pixie dust when I stay in the Lion King suite with no windows or balconies to open and no doors that open to the outside. Don't be surprised if a morning lifeguard finds me snoozing away on a pool chair.

What are you doing on the 20th at 7:00? We're having a big DIS meet outside Earl of Sandwich, and then those that can and want to are going to go play mini-golf.

The cat has been laying on and in my suitcases for the past few days. I guess he had to find a new place to sleep when I hauled them to the car today.
