Just a question...and maybe you have already considered this...but is there any way an "anti-spam" filter on your email account is preventing them from getting a message to you?

I only ask this because in some dealings with another Disney department, I wasn't receiving the emails, even though I SPECIFICALLY made sure they were on my "allowed" list...but my ISP wouldn't let it through...

Just a thought...I'm sorry you still are not getting an answer!

This is also why we check our photos at 1 of the stations when we go by them just to make sure the card is linking up.We've been lucky in both DL and WDW with doing this.

No, because I got their automated responses for one thing, which is nothing more than an automatic email from their server. Also, I have them allowed in my anti-spam box. I also in the support request asked them to copy my work email, of which nothing has been sent their either.

They simply are not responding at all. I just chock it up that my photos are gone and nobody will help me.

Right! The only problem is, as much as I know about Disney, I never used the Photopass and was not aware you could still see them on your way out, and our photographer failed to mention it to us. Go figure.

Isn't that odd? I have never been told to look for the photo's online. Always that I can look at them at the parks. When I asked if I can still look at them online, it was always "You could, but it's better to look at them here" One of them told me it was cheaper to buy them at WDW, don't know if that's true, I didn't go into it. But as I said before I don't get many taken, and it's usually the same places (Mickey's Judge Tent, and Toontown Fair) so perhaps it's just the CM's there.
