Hi everyone! I feel like I've been neglecting our so many flowers PTR! We have been planning! Getting ready to make the ADR's on the morning of the 31st! I will be up bright and early on Halloween with a laptop on my lap at 6am!

Cynthia has made an amazing spreadsheet with all the project hours, activities and ADR's! I think I speak for everyone when I say we're in awe! WOW! I'm an uber planner but this is amazing!

My neglect has not be naught! DH and I leave in just 2 days (YIKES) for our second trip to WDW alone! We're really looking forward to it! I'm also really looking forward to the opportunity to meet 2 of my co-conspirators on this trip! C is in WDW right now and will be until next weekend and Tracy will be arriving next weekend! I can't wait to meet them! I'm not sure if DH know what he's in for!

Anyway, we leave bright and early Monday morning! I will be updating on Facebook and doing some live updates on my TR/PTR! So, if you'd like to follow along on FB send me a PM and I'll add you! If you'd like to follow along on my PTR/TR go here!

I am so excited for you and your upcoming trip. Denny just won an ipod touch at work. that's right - he WON it and he said I could have it. So I guess now is a good time for me to start facebook... Especially since three of you will be there at the same time! You lucky girls! Cynthia and I will just have to hold down the fort. I guess she can post our anticipated ADR's (since she has the spreadsheet) or I could, except I deleted mine.

All I know is I am excited. And I am stoked to be arriving Friday night. Even if the Saturday flights drop in price I think I am sticking with my Friday afternoon flight. I am still hoping for some miraculous AP rate, but if not I will probably go to the Dolphin on Friday night so I can walk myself on over to the Ditch for a cocktail.

I also read about that new tour at AK and it sounds pretty cool, although a bit pricey. The nice thing is it has many different start times from 8am on and includes a Taste of Africa. I may actually prefer it over the garden tour or I may wait for a time when Denny and I do a premium/platinum pkg. I'll do what ever. I'm flexible!

So I hope you love BLT - watch out for the slippery floors!

Did you find a new link about the new tour? I hadn't seen pricing yet or that the Taste of Africa was confirmed.

Hey, putting on your phone is just as much work. I actually just forward them to tripit and then have my phone synch to them. Frightening I know but I'll add you all to the tripit trip (if that makes sense) it's cool and the app for it is cool too!

Friday April 29: Melissa and Mary Ellen Arrive in the evening. Melissa at BCV, Mary Ellen at? (dolphin)

No ADR’s planned (yet) although Mary Ellen plans to fall down in the Ditch.​

Saturday April 30: Cynthia arrives on the red eye (7:15 am land), Tracy and Christine arrive (not sure of times yet). Cynthia and Mary Ellen at the Dolphin, Tracy and Christine at BCV.

ADR Breakfast: Kouzzina @ 9 for 3
ADR Lunch: Kitchen Sink at Beaches and Cream. LOL! Not an ADR but certainly a fun idea if everyone is there
ADR Dinner: Tutto Italia @7
Tentative touring plan: Evening in Epcot
Possible special events: Kim Possible and drink around the world. Crawl out of the Ditch if need be. Authentic Tiki mug drinks at the Dolphin pool are another option.

Possible special events: New Wild Africa Trek Tour in the am. Some of us may do this. Nice that it has a lot of flexibility (every hour from 8-2!) but it is pricey. Sounds awfully cool though.

Ok, we haven’t really figured this one out yet. Melissa leaves on the 4th, Mary Ellen and I the evening of the 5th and Tracy and Christine the 6th (is that right?)

Mary Ellen and I don’t leave until 6:30/7pm (I haven’t booked my return flight yet and need to) but we will have time for breakfast and/or a late lunch so maybe a few that didn’t make the earlier cuts could be options like Crystal Palace for breakfast and/or Via Napoli for lunch? Cali Grill won’t open in time for us to make an early dinner but I know I’m pretty open to options for this day!

I've heard good things about bluezoo! I didn't realize there was a F&G tour - I'm going to have to look into all those extras the F&G brings!
