So I am thinking about the DVC Member Pins...

So far we have had:
Jiminy as the AK Pin
Cinderella as the MK Pin
Genie as the Disney Studios Pin

So the Epcot pin in next. Based on previous release dates, shouldn't this pin be coming out in November sometime? Will there be enough for all us December people?

Care to take any guesses on what character will be on the Epcot pin?

DH thinks it will be Mickey. I am thinking it may be a female character to we have a female to go with Cinderella.

What do you guys think?

Each seems to match the park they are associated with so my guess is Figment for the EPCOT pin.

Jiminey is used by Disney for it's Enviormentality Awards, and is used on many posters, etc in this program. Perhaps that is the connection.

I would like to see another princess, but my guess is a Lion King character. Simba is the best known, but aren't Timon and Pumba the spokesmen (spokes-animals) for safety now? Another possibility is Buzz Lightyear to tie into the new Mission:Mars, although the Buzz ride is at MK. Could also be Stitch to promote his new ride, but it is at MK also.

I think I'm going to go with Timon and Pumba.

Let's think about the characters that are associated with Epcot: Mulan (and the other characters from Mulan), Pinocchio (Germany), Mary Poppins, Aladdin (and the other characters from Aladdin), Figment, and, of course, Mickey. I am going to bet on Mickey Mouse, myself.

The Spring 2004 (Vol. 13 No. 1) Vacation Magic Newsletter has the picture of all 5 pins in the series. The EPCOT pin has Sorceror Mickey pictured with the EPCOT ball (an MGM character by my reckoning...). Sorry to ruin the guessing game.
