I guess you need to call in the day to day reservations. I did that earlier in the year. It stressed me out having to call right on the hour that member services open. I felt like I was calling into a radio show to be the right caller. Hitting the option buttons before the recording would finish. Talking to the phone while I was on hold, telling it to come on and pick up. I wish I video taped it. It would have been so funny to see.
