So excited have to share!!!

I'm so excited that I just had to share with everyone! What am I excited about you ask....well yesterday my DH and I booked plane tickets to LA for just the two of us in February. We got a wicked deal $429 (round trip) for the 2 of us from Calgary Alberta Canada. We are leaving the kids behind and it's just the two of us at Disneyland for 4 nights. We are looking at the Hojo since they offer the AP rate. We have stayed there before and were quite happy. I would love to stay at the DLH but I don't think it's worth and extra $100/night.

So 59 days to go

Actually with Air Canada. My husband had a $200 voucher that we had to use up but still it was only $99 one way so not too bad. We would of paid full price anyways.

Thanks everyone! We are counting down the days. It's been hard not to mention it to the kids because they are just as much of Disneyland junkies and I am lol. But honestly how could we pass up a deal like that eh!

How long are you staying for?

We are going for 4 nights but will only have 3 1/2 days in the park. We thought my MIL wouldn't mind watching the boys for that long. Are flights are so that we can drive them to school on the Tuesday morning then drive to the airport. We land at LAX at like 3:00 so should be to our hotel about 5 and if we want head straight to the park. OUr flight home is at 7:45 Saturday morning. Which means we have to leave the hotel at like 4:00.

Only problem right now is I am having major pain in both my feet. The dr's say it just heel spurs but I have swelling and hardness in my ankles and legs so I'm going to camp out at my Dr.'s office this morning. Wish me luck in getting this fixed. 57 days to go!

That's awesome. I am taking my DD9 for a surprise trip on Jan 1st, and leaving behind DH and DD16 . That will be a first. DD16 will be going to China and New York this year, and DH and I will be going to Tennessee in June. I felt bad that DD9 did not have a trip this year. I talked DH into letting me take her to Disneyland. I did not want her to miss out, and secretly I really wanted to go to....is that bad?
