If you cancel prior to 89 days before sailing, do you get your full deposit refunded. They just don’t make it clear on the website.

Unless you are sailing in Concierge, on a special itinerary (such as an inaugural voyage), or on a nonrefundable booking, you can get a full refund of all amounts you have paid if you cancel before penalties begin.

The standard Cruise Cancellation Fees for US travelers are here (and should also be listed in your confirmation when you book a cruise): https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/contracts-terms-safety/terms-conditions/united-states/

This policy says "For cancellations, amounts paid, minus cancellation fees and other amounts owed, will be promptly refunded." According to this policy, cancelling a 1-5 night cruise more than 89 days in advance, or cancelling a 6+ night cruise more than 119 days in advance, will incur no fee.

Disney Cruise has relaxed the cancellation fees for sailings through September 30, 2022, so that the fees kick in at 59 days, and even later for some sailings.

Under standard cancellation rules, penalty kicks in at 89 days for cruises of up to 5 nights long.

As noted above, right now DCL has relaxed cancellation penalties until 59 days prior to embarkation.

Two weeks ago I cancelled Panama Canal cruise, which commences this week. If I transferred the money to a new date, I lost nothing. I transferred, the cruise was cheaper, so I then received the rest in a refund back to original payment card.
