I saw this thread earlier, so I had to make a quick run to Walgreens to pick one up. Thanks for posting about it!

Thanks for posting!

I ran out today and picked up a couple. Had to search high & low and get a tall manager to get it down from me -- there was a whole little case of them on the top shelf (where they put overflow stock) ... in the food aisle.

:santa:

Thanks! Just ran out and got two - one for my friend, one for me..they had about 5 left. Also picked up the cute light up Mickey Snowman - last one they had!!

I called our local Walgreens and the cookie cutter is not sold around here. Bummer! I really wanted one.

Looking forward to seeing some pictures posted of your finished product.

I'm afraid that my actual cookies wouldn't look identifiable as a mickey mouse snowman.

Take that upc code with you. The manager at our Walgreens was telling my DH that they did not carry the MM Snowman Cookie Cutter as DH was reaching to the tippy top shelf of the holiday merchandise to get one down. They were all by themselves in a carton way up high. I think the stores aren't sure where to stock this item, so it's ending up on a high shelf.

DH and I went to another Walgreens while we were out today. The women working said she remembers putting them on the shelves, but they must be sold out because no one could find them.

So I guess my search ends because I'm way too lazy to drive to another Walgreens! :lmao:

This happened to me too! I really hate my local Walgreens..every time I go in there it is an issue..
Example: get there early morning with my Sunday flyer coupons..less than 2 hours after the flyer came out..sooo..no Swanson broth anywhere, lots of Butterball and it takes quite a while for them to decide to substitute Butterball. OK,,fine..several of the coupon items are not there at all, which is typical. I remember the Mickey cutter (cute!) and start searching everywhere. An associate tells me where they were, but nope..and no indication there ever was anything there, so will keep looking. Then..get the 4 bags for $10.00 M & Ms and you get a $5.00 use later coupon for Walgreens. I've been round and round at this this store so make sure the M & Ms are excatly as described in the flyer and take the flyer up front. Sure enough, 1 bag scans at wrong price. I show her the flyer, she takes out the wrong price, scans in the new. Then we hit total and the $5.00 coupon doesn't print..:sad2: so then we look at the receipt and see that she had only scanned 3 total bags..OK..so then I have to go to another counter so a manager (not cheery..dour) can fix it. He does all this stuff, then I have to pay the extra $2.50 for the other bag, but then I get the $5.00 coupon, OK..so I go off to my car thinking that the total sure seemed too high. I look at the receipt again and notice that the first cashier never took off the flyer coupons. So....back to the store and the same dour manager goes through all this stuff to credit the coupons and gives me my $4.32 cents back...Typical Walgreens trip!
So..I'll keep looking for the Mickey! :)

Thanks for posting this...yesterday at DTD Marketplace cookie kit was 7.95 with metal cutter and gookie mix...so didn't buy it. But called Walgreen's this am and one was sold out but they told me the other one had 18 so called and reserved 3. Thanks so much!

thank you as I have looked at 2 walgreens all ready for this

I went to our Walgreens this morning and found them after looking all over the place. They were up on the over stock shelves. I bought 2 to get the extra frosting. They also had a kit of mini cupcakes with the throw away pan, cup cake papers, frosting, sprinkles, spatula, mixing cup, etc for $9.99. They had that in Mickey and Princess patterns. It was cute.

Walgreens also had some cute stocking stuffers. I managed to get most of my son's stocking done plus the 2 cookie kits for $10 :)

Went back to the first walgreens I went to when I was out today. Looked up high in the food aisle like someone said and I found them. Bought two and now I want to go make cookies!

Thanks for sharing. Our closest Walgreens is about 30 minutes or so away but we'll be going that way tomorrow and i'm going to try to remember to stop by and see if they have them.

Thanks for sharing! Made a run to Ravenna and snagged 3 of them...my thought process (and explanation to my DH) was that when the kids move out, they are totally going to want my ultracool cookie cutter...so I need spares! :lmao:
I have to admit that I was a little panicked on the way there, thinking that they might not have any...and then I would need to make a decision as to whether I wanted to drive to another one for it! Then my dear husband would think that I had totally lost it! :rotfl2:

I plan to buy 3 as well (one for myself and one for each of my girls) for the same reason. :rotfl: I've actually started that logic with the last few Disney household items I've found for reasonable prices.... :goodvibes
