Yeah, it looks like the closest Game Stop to Belgium is Düsseldorf, Germany. I wonder if their website ships internationally? Depending on what they charge for shipping, it may work for you. They even have their "pre-owned" games on-line.
Shawna~were you trying to give Soleil the poop-filled lot by you?![]()

Ooh, thanks for checking! I didn't even think to look for them online. We have a US mailing address, so that makes it easier. (though not all companies will ship to an APO address--has to be USPS, no UPS or other shipper) I'll check that out!

Hey all, just checking in!
Soleil~sorry to hear about all of your problems with the house. I hope things go smoothly from here on out!
SaraH~you're probably on your way, can't wait to hear about your trip.
Shawna~were you trying to give Soleil the poop-filled lot by you?
Can't wait to get the TSM Wii game. It will definately be on the Christmas list. I hope they have some available by then!! The kids got the Star Wars Lego game and they absolutely love it! I think I'll get Drew that for his DS for Christmas too! I probably need to start shopping now and buy a little at a time. IT's amazing how much more expensive their toys get as they get older.
I know it's terrible, but I"m thinking about getting Keaton a DS. I know he's only 3, but I'm SO TIRED of hearing the screaming from him because he wants to play Drew's. We have some neighbors that their kids are getting older and wanting I-phones and other more higher tech electronics, so I'm hoping maybe one of them will want to sell their DS cheap to me! I refuse to pay $120 or whatever they are for a 3 yr old. Am I crazy for even thinking about getting him one??
Too funny!! And I will have you know she is stillllll doing it! Yesterday when I was outside she took him to 3 of the 4 lots to poop. My neighbor told me last night that they were out in their garage a couple of nights ago and the lady didn't see her...well, her SIL was next door talking to someone and as she is letting the dog poop in the lot across the street, he hollers something to her. My neighbor C, said the dog lady replies, "Yeah, and when he's done I am taking him BACK down there (to the lot next to me) and let him go AGAIN!" At this point she looks up and sees C is watching her. She kinda gave a grin like, Oh, didn't know you heard that. Well, C said, I just looked at her and shook my head...she's such an idiot. WHY don't you bag up that poop and put it on her front porch? Ha!!!!
dh is gotta help with that one!! I need a truck load of mulch and he is gonna have to be reaaaaally sweet and haul it back there! I wanted to do that tomorrow... but I dont know if we are gonna get it done...lookin' kinda cloudy again today!!!
It's gotten so snarky and out of hand over there. They've turned it into a war between digital scrappers vs. traditional scrappers. I'm not a fan of the high school drama- haven't been in a high school in about 14 years and don't care for it. Absolutely ridiculous for grown adults. I've put my 2 cents in but have done so in a respectful manner- some others not so much and at this point it's not worth voicing my opinion. It's not heard over the childish posters. I'm so glad to have the safe haven of the Snowbirds thread
Sometimes the rest of the DIS is not so nice. I guess people are braver when they're behind a computer screen.Shawna I can't believe you're still dealing with your poopy neighbor. You have WAY more patience than I do. I'm glad you're taking the high road though- sometimes it's hard to be the better person. I don't know if I could do it.
Perhaps she's one of the people over on the scrapbook forum. If not, she would fit right inIt's gotten so snarky and out of hand over there. Kinda like an ostrich, ya know?Good morning everyone! Just checking in before the day gets hectic
It's FRIDAY and this week that's almost as good as going to Disney for me!![]()
Anyone have big plans for the weekend?
I'm taking the kids to Barnes and Noble tomorrow morning. They're having a special "Where the Wild Things Are" storytime and one of the characters will be there for a meet and greet. I'm just hoping the "wild thing" isn't too scary for the kids!
After that we're going to the movies to see Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.![]()
I am a busy girl today! Accomplishing much! Laundry, dishes, cleaned girls' rooms and the playroom, scrubbed the bathroom AND taking care of a very precociuos 2 yr old! My DH and DD8 are going camping this weekend so me and my 6yr old are goona have some quality time!

We are driving into Syracuse tonight. Madison has an Irish dancing competition there tomorrow. Even though it's only 2 hours away, it's like a mini vacation for us. Our weeks are so crazy with school, grad school for my DH, dance for me, dance and swimming lessons for Madison....it will be nice to spend time with just the 3 of us. Madison is usually done dancing pretty quickly so on the way home, we'll be stopping at an outlet mall that I haven't been to in years! I love retail therapy!
Did anyone see that Toy Story and Toy Story 2 is coming to theaters as a double feature in 3-D! It's only going to be out for 2 weeks!
here is another view of Moms cake...

I've never tried fondant. Is it difficult to make?Have you thought about a Leapster. We got one for DS for his 3rd bday and he still loves it. It's lasted being dropped more times than I can count and the games are pretty reasonable in price and educational. Shhh don't tell him that though- he just thinks they're fun!I know it's terrible, but I"m thinking about getting Keaton a DS. It's not hard once you get started but it's not for everyone. My sister has no interest in it but instead loves to crosstitch. I have no patience for crosstitching but love to scrapbook. To each his own I guess!I think anyone who is disciplined enough to scrapbook at all deserves my respect. I've never been able to get started no matter how much I try.
