I've been slacking on my TR lately too. Part of it is motivation, the other part is time. I'm hoping to find some time over the weekend.

Thanks for saving us Kim! I go through spurts where I feel like DISsing all the time and then other times it makes my heartache for Disney and it's hard to be on here. I'm not even motivated to update my TR right now.

Hey girls! I totally understand the lack of motivation for the boards at times!! We don't technically have a trip planned...since it's all what-if & maybe right now,...I am not so motivated to stay on like I am when I am planning and sharing. But...I am gonna read all the PTRs!!! Live through ya'll!!

Yeah..I wouldn't recommend DISing while in a court room. That does not sound like a good idea!

It was SO hard for me to DIS for a very long time. I would come on and check on things every once in awhile, so I know how you feel. Since we're now in the midst of planning, I've been trying to find other Sept PTR's to join in on. Since I'll be in WDW without any of my Snowbird buddies, , I would like to find other DISers to try to meet too. Don't worry. You ladies will always be my favorite DISers!!!

Morning Birdies. We are experiencing NICE WEATHER here....so naturally I have to work all day . The last couple days have been nice enough for me to get outside and go for walks. Today will be the nicest day so far. However they are predicting Monday to be 45 and sunny. I kind of hate myself for getting all excited about the nice weather. It's only March, we will have at least 2 more big snow storms before winter is over, and one of those will most likely hit in the beginning of baseball season, so we'll have games that are snowed out (yes that really does exsist).

Not too much going on around here. My mother had decided to do a complete redo of our main bathroom. We just need to put in the tub/shower combo and finish painting....(finally). She started this project in Jan.

Well I hope everyone has a great Friday and a wonderful weekend. I'm working 30+ hours this weekend (including today), throw in 2 hockey games and a bowling league and I have no idea when I'll sleep or eat...thankfully I have Monday off to rest

Oh Meghan...yes...definitely keep us as your favorites!!!!!! It is nice here today too...good weather til Mon...more rain. Maybe we can get the yard fertilized!!!! We are getting those awful, ugly weeds right in the middle of the front and back yards...YUCK!!!!! I did go to the Garden Center yesterday and get some advice from the owner about putting up some Trellises on the sides of the house and what would work for our area. She suggested Star Jasmine...they are beautiful and grow quickly...so, she said wait a couple of more weeks because we have at least one more frost coming-we always do right before Easter. So...thats my project!!! I want to do some for my back fences also....we have a big fence!!! I will wait til it's warmer for that ....my beds are gonna need replanting.
My sweet baby girl will turn 7 on Easter Sunday this year...so I need to get it in gear for deciding about her party and what to get her. She is thinking about Lanie the 2010 American Girl....but I don't know...she is an awfully cute doll!!!

We have been having some decent weather here too. It's supposed to get into the 40's tomorrow and stay that way all next week! The past few days have been in the upper 30's but the sun has been brightly shining. I was running errands yesterday and I didn't even need to turn the heat on in my car. The sun was keeping it nice and toasty.

Well, hello all!! Most of the schools here are off this week for Spring Break...we are not. Still plugging along ! But, we will be finished before the local public school gets out, and start enjoying some pool-time before it's so hot you can not breathe!
I think Mike and ds14 might do the father-son trip in a few weeks!! He is soooo excited.... I asked the other two what they would like to do for vacation besides Disney world --dd said Colorado, ds10 said a cruise to anywhere that he could see a coral reef!! So..that went into the think-tank! I ride the fence on Colorado every year- and heres what usually makes us say no..we don't have any type of ski clothes, snow clothes or anything! That is gonna be quite an expense just for one week and then be out all that $$ if we never need it again. So....it's still on the table, but I just don't know. It is nice to dream of all these places to visit, but somehow Disney is the only thing that ever pans out...does that ever happen with ya'll?
So...we have cloudy and rain til tomorrow evening...with warmer days (in the 70s) as the week goes on. Poor kids who are all out this week--yesterday was crummy and tomorrow is gonna be worse!! We do see grass trying to grow...we were all out fertilizing this past weekend..so maybe it won't be too long!!!

I'm still on crutches and still dreaming of warmer weather and two-legged trips to Disney! There's now some concern that I have a stress fracture in my leg, but I don't think it's terribly likely. I would like the pain to stop, though.

Hi everyone! I'm here!!

Thank you all for Sarah's b-day wishes! I'll show them to her tonight after I get home. She got up this morning and said, "I don't really feel any different being 9!" I had to stifle a laugh. I said, that's okay honey. So we went and measured her and she grew about 2 1/2 inches in a year. Then she felt different!

Had to go run to the store and get donuts to take to school this a.m. She wanted "glazed, because they're like golden - for my golden birthday!"
I'll try to remember to upload a picture of her cupcakes we had on Sunday with our family dinner. I had bought her the DVD of Up and forgot about it. So Paige is giving it to her tonight for her gift. Tonight is the first night of their new session at gymnastics and Sarah's new class runs 2 hours! She's going to be exhausted!! Paige now goes 1 1/2 hours.

Sarah's having a little (3 girls) slumber party on Saturday and then we move into Paige's birthday mode. Her's is on the 24th.

Most of our snow is melting since it was in the 40s last week and still above freezing most days. Now it's cloudy though. Kind of dreary. But we can see grass again!! I fully expect a big dump of snow before the end of March again. It happens every year.

I'm still here! I've been trying to ward off my Disney funk and been busy with work- rearranging my playroom, dealing with a biting toddler that I may have to end up terminating at some point soon. At least our anow is almost melted and we can get outside to play!
