Wendy...I know you are sad she will miss all that with ya'll...I would be too! But, how fun for her to get to work there over the Holiday period!! Where is she gonna work? Or does she know yet? You may have posted it and I missed it!

Hi everyone!!! I hope you all had a great weekend. We had one filled with lots of Irish dancing. Madison did great at her 2 shows yesterday and then we froze our behinds off at the parade today. At least Maddie had fun! We have 2 more shows tomorrow night and then only one more this Saturday. We lucked out and didn't get scheduled for shows on Wed. I think there are 3 different groups of dancers and they are doing shows all around WNY from 7am until 6pm!!! That is a whole lot of dancing. I tried to take pics today at the parade, but my camera battery wasn't charged. I'll try to take some pics tomorrow and post them on my PTR this week!

I got sunburned today!!!!!!!!!! Now some of you may be thinking.......however my reasoning behind this....it's the first time this year!!! It's supposed to be gorgeous here tomorrow but start to cool down for a few days. So tomorrow I have plans to chop my hair. I have more than 10" so I'll be doing Locks of Love. It's something I do quite often. I let my hair grow then chop and donate it.

They don't find out until the day they check in... so it will be a surprise ... She told us she wants to take a couple of on-line classes while she is there but her dad and I told her not to... she should just enjoy the time... plus even with this semester in Disney she is still on track to graduated a semester early... she needs to just go and have fun!!!

Crazyred.....it's great that you donate your hair!!! If mine grew quickly I would loooove to do it!! Alas....mine is slloooooow growing!! In fact, I had told ya'll in my TR that I am growing out my bangs....well, I was!! Ha!! I hhhhaaadddddd to cut them...I thought I was going in sane!! I just couldn't stand it anymore...after they got out past my nose I thought it would be better..but, it wasnt!! so I cut them and thank goodness!! My face just doens't lend itself to long bangs!!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!!!​

I hope everyone is having a wonderful day. It's in the 40's today here, but the sun is shining so I'm loving it. It's so nice to get into my car and the sun has made it nice and toasty.

Hey all!!! Happy St. Patty's day!! Yes..it's beautiful here too!! Around 65 and sunny with a small breeze!! I took the kids today to get our photos for our passports....went to the PO to turn it all in(filled out papers last week), only to find out that Mike either has to be there or bring a notarized letter stating why he can't show up!!!!! The lady was really sweet--she said it is in the paperwork, but in VERY fine print...."I am sorry no one informed you." So... I now have to wait for a time when Mike can meet me...and of course, the PO in our town doesn't process Passports..we have to go north or south!!! Oh well...so...He is wanting to go on a vacation (after he and ds 14 go to NYC) to the Bahamas....I of course want to go the Disney Cruise route...and guess what.? I ran into a lady who is a Disney fanatic like me at lunch today. She said...Girl...we just got back from a Disney cruise...it was PHENOMENAL!!!! You have to tell Mike that I said he has GOT to take ya'll...go now!!! So...maybe I will need to expedite our passports!!!!! Hee HEe!!!!!
On another note..are any of you needing to order anything from American Girl? I am about to order my dd Kit for her bday and I just recieved a free shipping code...it says share with friends and family...so if you need it, PM me and I will be happy to give it to you!!!

I caught that small print when we filled out the app for our DS to get his Passport. Luckily, we don't have too far to drive to get to a post office that processes passports, though. I made sure we were there right when they opened on a Saturday so I didn't have to wait in an ungodly line. We had such a nice person processing the application - laughing and joking around with us.

Well, good news! I officially do not have a stress fracture in my right leg!

I do have a "stress injury" which, far as I can tell, means "Sarah says ow." Unfortunately, my surgeon gave me NO other information - what to do, how to recover, etc, so I was pretty frustrated today.

Of course, my MRI was at 2:20am. They started it early - maybe 2:20? And I got out at 4:15am today, so I think I'm just really tired on top of not having any fix!

Hooray!!! Y'all are FINALLY doing passports!!! Now you can come up and visit MY beautiful Canada!!! Let's go see "Anne" together!!! A Disney Cruise - sounds FANTASTIC!!! My parents want to take our whole fam damily on a Disney Cruise when my sisters kids are just a little bit bigger!!!

I have been working like crazy. My 'probably one day a week' substitute job at the school has turned nearly full time. I've worked 8 out of the last 10 school days. SO -- if I don't get back on here again before you leave -- have a great time and take lots of pictures!! Travel safe!

BUT...both boys are throwing up! And I don't think it's with excitement.

my dd has gotten a stomach bug the week of our last two vacations!! She was good the day of.....we just ate jello, baked potatoes, crackers, sprite...I was scared to feed her anything else! I will be praying ya'll all are well in time for your trip!!!!

Thanks! They are both doing better. Both stayed home from school yesterday, and DS9 again today, but I think we're OK now. DD and I are fine, and DH has been out of town all week, so hopefully no one else will get it.

So hopefully we'll be leaving first thing tomorrow morning! I won't even tell you how much stuff I still have to do before we go...don't want to stress out you much more organized folks! I did get a suitcase down from the attic, though. And it's only 3 days, 2 nights, so not like a WDW trip where you really have to have your act together. If I don't check in before we go, have a great weekend, and I'll let you know how it went when we get home!
