Snow!

DH just called and he is on the way to work and he just saw the first snow of the season! The tips of the mountain peaks were covered, can't believe we are seeing snow this early in the year, but it certainly has been cold out the last couple of days. I doubt we will see any snow out of the mountains any time soon, but for snow lovers like us it is nice to see even a little bit.

As much as I dislike the stuff, it's DH's bread & butter in the winter here.

It rained here all last night....woke up to little pools of ice in the seats of the lawnchairs. Think it's time to pack them away....

DH just got back from getting gas and the attendant told him it is snowing an hour north of here. This is so amazing for this time of year.
