Anyone else in NC, GA, SC, VA, MD, PA, NJ, NY, etc. like to share as well?

Nice shots, very rare for the south to get that much snow and to get it for Christmas.
I like the one with the snow in the basketball hoop, must've been heavy wet snow. The last one is just beautiful.
Here in NH we are under a blizzard warning and suppose to get 12-20 inches by Monday night.

We didn't get snow, but it is freezing here. It actually got down into the 20's last night. There was frost on the ground. It was just terrible. Even now, it's still bitterly cold outside. I'm glad that we have an abundant supply of inexpensive, clean burning natural gas to keep us warm and safe.

Bah to you East Coasters and Southerners who are stealing all of the snow that should be coming to us in the Midwest! We had a white Christmas, but didn't have nearly as much snow as we usually have.

Okay, I may be in the Midwest, but I don't like the cold, so I'm happy to say it is supposed to be in the 50's by Friday!!!

We got about 18 inches. Spent 4 hours clearing off the cars and clearing out the driveway. Also helped a few neighbors. Haven't spent much time with the camera, Instead spend the last hour or so playing Mario Kart on Wii with oldest DS. Gutta take a break from that as my thumb is starting to hurt... lol

I'm in Raleigh, too. We moved here from the mountains of NC, where I grew up with tons of snow. I thought one of the perks of moving here was to get away from all that crap? I have, so far, refused to go outside to take any pics!

Those are all amazing photos! I have no idea what it would be like to have snow like that - I have only seen snow a couple of times and the falls were quite light! I must admit I don't envy you the cold and the clean-up, but I do envy the beautiful photos...!!!;) :rolleyes1
Thank you for sharing.

Well, this part of the Midwest has no shortage of snow. We've set a new record for snowfall in December.

My son, our dog and I went out today to test the burst mode on my new a55.

I'm really enjoying the a55 so far. I took 163 pictures while we were out there this afternoon.

Well... those pictures are kind-of small, aren't they? I guess I'll have to figure out a better way of posting pictures.

Last year it snowed twice here which is very unusual. Now we are already half way there and it is only December. I remember having an ice storm in December but not snow.

Here are a few pics I took on Sunday. The snow is already gone now.

You are more than welcome to come take as much snow as you can from my yard! We have 3 feet of the stuff on our deck. The kids just sink in when they go out.
