Thanks Ros! I'm thinking F&W will be towards the end of October. That is if we follow this year's school schedule. I really shouldn't book until we have a new school calendar.
I just worry that we won't be able to get Beach Club it we don't book as soon as we can.

I'd be happy to explain ROFR...
When you purchase a DVC contract through resale, Disney has right of first refusal.
So in other words they have the chance to purchase any resale once you have a workable contract.
This keeps the resale prices up and the DVC values up as well.

Well, we will for sure try to stay in a 1br when Marc and I go in July. I'm also hoping for a fall trip. We really need to sit down and look at what we have to use in the way of points.

We started out with two contracts from Disney, one from Beach Club and one from Kidani. We then added on two small contracts one for each of those resorts through resale. Now are buying an additional Beach Club contract that is almost the same size as the original. Does that make sense?
In my opinion we have an insane number of points..... Don't tell my dh!
When we purchased the first two small add on contracts we weren't very smart and didn't get the same use year so it's a pain to figure out when we can use them. Member services is helpful with that.
This last contract is for the same use year as the other two large contracts...
I think you should have Doug get emails from the Timeshare Store. He might just decide that you need an add on.
