snapfish free calender

Has anyone else had trouble with processing their snapfish calender? I have put mine together and all the pages are disney pages, and it still won't accept my coupon code. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so are their any suggestions?

I had some trouble as well. I emailed them and they put the coupon code on my account for me. Got the calendar - it's really nice quality!

I also did and chatted live with an agent. My issue was that I was ordering something else along with the calendar so if you have another item in your cart (especially one also with a code..I was taking advantage of the free 11x14 poster, you might try taking that out and seeing if the code is there) So, I ended up doing two transactions and then it worked fine. Did anyone else have trouble with creating this? I found it pretty frustrating..semed like every background I wanted wouldn't work the layout and the layouts were difficult to adapt at all, and I could never get anymore than 3 pictures on a page. Yes, it was free and it is very nice, but if they were using that promo as a marketing tool, then it didn't work very well to sell me on buying future items from them.

Yeah the layouts and backgrounds did not work. I don't think I'd buy a calendar from them. I couldn't imagine going through the same hassle and then having to pay for it!

I had trouble too. They were having a sale on the calendars at the time. When the sale expired the coupon went thru no problem.

IMO the problem with layouts is limited to the Disney backgrounds. I also did a calendar with the map background and while the layouts were not limitless there definitely was much more flexibility.

You had to use the Disney theme - and it's actually Disney Park specific. I was dropping in cruise pictures so it's a little strange, but hey, it's a fun calendar for the cost of shipping only.
