I don't consider it sneaking in candy. I always have candy and snacks in my pocketbook in case the kids want something. I always have something on hand. I don't find it stealing since i paid for the movie which is what i am there for. Candy, popcorn, drinks are all options that you can buy. Don't we all pay for our tickets into Disney World? Well the popcorn, candy, drinks, souveneirs are all extra. Would anyone consider it wrong or stealing if we bring in snacks for ourselves and our family into the Magic Kingdom? It is the same thing. Why should it be wrong to do it at the movie theatre? Why should anyone have to pay $3.00 for a candy bar that costs $ .50 at the store? Now that is really wrong!

My understanding is that the studios make most of their profit the first few weeks, and the longer the movie runs the more profit the theater makes.
Thankfully that was for all 4 of us.
