My DD 17 wants to snack her way around the world. Can you change QS credits to snack credits?

No, you can't. The best you can do is exchange them for snacks at your resort food court/CS, but you won't be able to do that at the food and wine kiosks as they are not set up to accept CS credits.

You might ask your resort concierge if they can convert your CS credits into snack credits but there's no guarantee of success and no way to know how many snacks you'd get in exchange for each credit - this kind of conversion is usually a one for one deal.
