OK, here's your chance to share your favorite snacks at WDW. I'm looking for both the best and the most unusual. If you have one (or more) please tell us not only what it is (a brief description) but also where it is located
For example, so far I've come across:
Canada - Beavertails (Fried dough with a variety of special toppings)
Germany - Pretzels (stuffed, covered, or regular)
Norway - Rice Cream (a dessert consisting of applesauce, cinnamon and whipped cream)
American Pavilion - Funnel Cakes
Caseys (MK) - Cracker Jack
The Dig Site (I'm not exactly sure where) - Arepas (I'm not exactly sure what. :confused3 )

Any others would be greatly appreciated

Did they change the rice cream dessert? I LOVED this, but the last time I had it, it was topped with a lingonberry/rasberry (?) sauce. If so, then I definitely need to go back and have it again!

Orange Creme Brulee and Breakfast Pocket - Both at Fountainview Cafe at Epcot

The Dole whip swirled with the vanilla ice cream. Yummm. My dad got us all hooked on these when I was kid. I forgot how good they were until I got one last year. :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Schoolbread and lefse in Norway
Dole Whip pinapple vanilla swirl in MK
Popcorn (why does disney popcorn smell sooo good?)
Cheesecake Brownie from the Boardwalk Bakery
Anything from the french bakery (esp the peach tart)

The most unusual is the lefse. It's a flatbread with cinnamon, sugar, and butter. Very tasty though!

Epcot: Cinnamon roasted Almons & Pecans, Schoolbread
MK: Dole Whip

The rice krispie treats are awsome just about anywhere, and I love getting the frozen bannanas too.

The Mickey Mouse chocolate chip cookies, baked by Selma, are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Available at the candy shop on Main Street in the MK.

Unless things have changed, these have been gone for quite awhile now...

The sweet cream pretzels in Tomorrowland.

Citrus Swirl at the Orange Tree Terrace in Adventureland

My favorite is Dole Whip!! But, I will have to try some of the other items on this thread next time! They all sound so good!!!!

School bread, had it for the first time, last week. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY GOLLLLLY GEEE!! I had 5 left over snack credits. On my last day. I had planned to go there, to bring them back home. But, of course. My son wished to go to ride expedition everest, and by the time I got back to the hotel. It was to late to take the bus over to Epcot, then walk over to get them. I really wanted to cry. Oh my I can just taste that delicious morsel of delight. To bad, husband says no Disney until maybe 2008. :sad2: He rather go on cruises
