snack at Pop question

I saw listed on one of the stickies that for a snack credit at the Pop food court you can get "cereal and milk" as one option. (I am assuming the small individual carton of milk, because it listed a larger size of milk separately.) I thought that would be great for DD's breakfast every morning. But then on a pic of the Pop food court on another thread, it listed "cereal" and "milk" separately. Does anyone know if you get cereal do you also get included the small milk to go with it for just one snack credit?
