I can't get the smsm discount to work at HRH for my dates in July. It keeps coming up Seasonal Rates. We are going to 3 nights (7-14 to 7-17). Is July included in the smsm discount?

Maybe it only kicks in when you 'stay more' than 3 nights? I know the % discount is tiered up through 7+ nights.

During holidays and summer SMSM is for 4 nights and longer.

This offer usually exists. However, they may change percentages and some of dates. The thing I really wanted you to see was in red down at the bottom where during summer and holiday breaks, the SMSM starts for stays of 4 nights.

Yes I see it now. Unfortunately, we can only swing 3 nights. Have to visit the in-laws in Ft. Pierce for a day then head back up to Disney after our 3 nights at HRH. Thanks Damo.

I am putting together a June 11 to June 19, 2016 trip and I get the SMSM rate for Royal Pacific, but not HRH or PBR. I assumed there is a somewhat behind the scene switch as HRH and PBR are "Premiere" and Royal Pacific and Sapphire are "Preferred." Hope I am wrong and HRH starts the SMSM rate at some point, they are $25 per night better for us than RPR, but not $75 per night better, especially on an 8 night trip! With the SMSM, I can get RPR club level for roughly the same as HRH standard.

That's still a long way out for dependable rates at the hotels at Universal.
