anyone know which buidings at the french quarter are smoking or smoking optional..thanks in advance

On my last visit.....it's been a couple of years.....before they closed and reopened....all of building 2 and the 3rd floor of building 6 were smoking/smoking optional.

Yep, Topper is correct! Building 2 is right next to the pool, and one side of building 6 is water view.
