Smoking Area's in the Parks....

The world is full of annoying smells, get over it.

I find most children annoying and their parents moreso for how they parent them but I keep my comments to myself and move on.

Here's a fun "fact", you digest more chemicals on a daily basis than my eCig does to you in passing, if at all.

You claim your ecig isn't annoying. I disagree.

You may not like Disney's rules, but you still need to follow them. So maybe you are the one who needs to "get over it", as you put it.

That's classic. This forum is overrun with people trying to "cheat" the system for their benefit. I'm sure you've followed every rule Disney has laid out for you.

Walt Disney was a heavy chain smoker, by the way.

I never really noticed people smoking at Disney or even smelling it all the times we've gone. I think that Disney does a really good job at tucking away the designated spots. This gives smokers a chance to smoke while not being intrusive to those around them.

I guess you'll always have a 'rogue' smoker and honestly that would happen even if they banned it all together.

I think everyone should have their right to enjoy the park the way they need/want to, especially since there are ways of separating the smokers and non smokers.

The Gov here basically said one of the reasons, for the new updated no-smoking laws, is to prevent children from being exposed not only to the smoke, but also the view that might be perceived by younger people that this is a cool thing to do and therefore they may try to emulate that behavior....
Not judging anyone, just interested to know peoples take on this.....

Hmmm...ban something because if children view it they might perceive it as a cool thing and try to emulate that behavior...good thing "drinking" isn't something kids can see and emulate. I would hate to think that teenagers might try alcohol because parents make it look cool. But, drinking never hurt anyone...nah, that's just plain good for you.
