small world changes?

I was listening to a funky, carribean type version of "IASW" on Radio Disney yesterday. It made we wonder whether they were doing a major clean-up of IASW or if they were changing it like they did the Tiki Birds?

Does anyone know what the plan is? I can't imagine IASW without the traditional song.

My understanding is that it is a major rehab. Redressing/repairing the characters, new sound system, same song with a new more "surround sound" feel, similar to the update the CA version did a few years ago.
