Small wedding reception location?

Any ideas of where i can hold a small wedding reception of about 10 people. It will be around 1pm and originally i was going to have the GF cafe but after talking to my mum i would really like a nice table set out with balloons and my favours on the table? Not sure if GF would do this?

You might try one of the restaurants at Downtown Disney. I know people have had "private-style" post-wedding meals at Portobello without renting a room or meeting minimums. They just seat you in a quieter section of the restaurant, and you can work with the restaurant manager if you want to put out decorations on your table.
