small mickey heads w/names?

I'm wondering if someone can help me with a design? I'm looking for the mickey heads in this pic, but the original designer is no longer doing them.

We leave for our trip on Sunday, and I need 13 names. They don't have to be as fancy as the ones in the above pic. I would be very grateful to anyone who can help. Thanks! The names are:

I put this together - I know they are not nearly as nice as Millie's but I do not have all the cool color bows that she has. If this is OK (not to basic) - I can do the rest. Let me know.
