Small flake ice maker for my mom, advice?

I have had an industrial size Sonic like ice machine in my basement (that my husband got out of a dumpster and fixed it) for about ten years now. It is awesome. And my mother loves the ice, so I would like to get her something similar, but smaller and portable like.

So, I am looking for a small, portable flake ice machine for the kitchen counter in the price range of around $100-$125 for her. Is that price range doable? Anyone got any advice? Thanks so much!

I have an Igloo portable ice maker but it doesn't make flakes it makes small cubes. I got it at Target for less than $100.
