How many surgeries have you had?????
Were they minor, major, or both???

I'vehad 1 surgery - my gall bladder removed.
11 years ago, it was considered major surgery, not outpatient, like today (I wish it was like it is today).

My DD is having her 3rd minor surgery this morning, please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. She is having a tube removed from her ear.

I've had 1 major surgery--I had my appendix out when I was 8. I didn't see the option of minor surgeries until after. I've had one of those too. I've had several moles removed, but one with questionable cells so I had to have outpatient surgery to remove all the tissue surrounding it. It didn't seem like a big deal at the time but I ended up with quite a scar on my arm from it.

I will say prayers for your DD today. When DS got his tubes put in last year, I was a nervous wreck!

3- Laproscopy (sp)
4- Another Lapro a couple of yrs later
5- Hyster
6- Right Rotator Cuff
and in the summer I will have another rotator cuff done too..

Biopsy.
Portacath inserted for chemo x2. (Last Friday,it had to be replaced)
Total knee recession followed by a total knee replacement. Got a nice long scar from mid thigh to mid shin to prove it too!

I don't do well with anesthesia, so I'm hoping not to have any more!

I guess I consider the nose job major, since I spent the night at the hospital, and the wisdom teeth minor, since it was at my dentist's office and I wasn't put all the way out.
