If I use it, I use original chicken and original pork. However, it's become pretty expensive here so I am using seasoned bread crumbs instead. Not quite the same, but close enough and more affordable.
My mom used to use Kellogg's corn flake crumbs on chicken. She'd dunk the chicken in evaporated milk and then shake in the crumbs to make corn-crisped chicken. It was pretty good. I haven't thought of this for years; wonder if they still make them.
