I take vitamin D (2000) and B12 (1000) every day because I have been tested deficient in these important vitamins. I have blood tests at least every year (more often for thyroid and pituitary issues) and they do check these. D may be unnecessary for some, but a lot of folks in the northern regions do not get enough from sunlight. I don't drink milk or fortified products.

I have to take it daily. My Vitamin D levels always test too low. I have been on high dose several times, but am back on maintenance dose right now. And it is time for blood work to see where it is at.

I was taking vitamin D daily but my blood work showed my level was too high so now I take every other day.

There's some in the women's multi I take in the morning, and some in the calcium combo I take at bedtime.

I also try to get out in the sun for a little bit every day. I believe Vitamin D is super important!!

I take 6000iu daily...my levels usually hover at around 6-7(so really low)...when I don't take it I am in pain and feel awful. Surprisingly I felt great in Disney in the sun walking around the parks🤔

I take a D3+K2 supplement. 5000iu.
Depending on the day, I still get some sun exposure too.

There is vit. D included in my Calcium supplement that I take every day so technically I take it every day but not by itself.

My doctor noticed I was low a couple years ago so I started taking it 4x per week ...levels have been fine ever since.

I chose other. I can't tolerate most adult vitamins, so on the advice of my doctor I take Flintstones with iron every day.

Prescription 50000 iu once a week

Exact same here. My level was not quite to deficient, but in the insufficient range, and after a couple of weeks
of the prescription D I felt improved energy and it alleviated some depression kind of feelings. I get outside a fair amount, but I don't seem to produce enough that way.

I take Vitamin D3 every day on doctor’s orders. My Vitamin D was low and I had to do a high dose once a week for 12 weeks. Now, I take a regular dose (2,000 IU) once a day.

I tested low for Vitamin D and my doctor recommended a supplement. I take it every day. I'm 65 and think I probably have absorption issues, so do take some vitamins.
I really notice the difference with taking the D -- sleep better, more energy, better mood. Sometimes I get lackadaisical about it and can tell I need them.

I take a multivitamin that has D in it, and I take another supplement that's Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc/D3.

Prescription 50000 iu once a week
I had to take those and B12 shots every week for a while when I lived in Alaska. I got so deficient, I thought I had a dread disease--could't keep my balance if my eyes were closed (noticed when washing my hair) and my legs hurt so bad at night I couldn't sleep. Now I just take daily vitamin D and oral b12 a couple times a week. Even with that, my D is on the low end of normal.

I take one on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. It is one of the fat-soluble vitamins so it can accumulate.
