I don't take vitamins of any kind. I may be one of the few who still drink milk, and use it on my cereal, and it is by law fortified with vitamin D. Had salmon Monday for dinner, a food high in vitamin D.
I have several health issues, but vitamin deficiency is not one of them according to my Doctor, so no need for supplements. Even my iodine is fine, and we buy salt without iodine fortification, not that I use much salt.
