Yes! I take D3+K2 drops too. You should always take K2 with D.
There are some health conditions that are not compatible with K2. I try to avoid broad generalizations.

Most of the information on the combination I could find was from companies that make supplements.
 
I don't take vitamins of any kind. I may be one of the few who still drink milk, and use it on my cereal, and it is by law fortified with vitamin D. Had salmon Monday for dinner, a food high in vitamin D.

I have several health issues, but vitamin deficiency is not one of them according to my Doctor, so no need for supplements. Even my iodine is fine, and we buy salt without iodine fortification, not that I use much salt.
 

I take one on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. It is one of the fat-soluble vitamins so it can accumulate.

This is a really good point. I always look for vitamins that aren't "high-dose." I just want a supplement. A lot of them are way too potent to take every day.

I take Vitamin D due to deficiency. I am not big on taking vitamins just "because." I only take when the doctor suggests it. Currently that is Vitamin D, B6 and Iron.
 
Yes, mine was low and took prescription for a while, now that it's stabilized I take OTC. My Dr. said as we age (I'm 53) we start absorbing less natural Vitamin D, I had not known that.

Long family history of osteoporosis. Have been taking Vit D3 and K2 daily for 2 years. I am in the sun daily for at least 15 minutes without sunscreen. Desoite that My D serum levels were borderline low. (I live in the NE) I just increased to 5,000IU of D3
If you take K2 it should contain M7.
Look around you if you are over age 60 Most women are starting to lose stature and are hunched over.
I want good strong bones for a long time and will do all I can to make it happen

I know a LOT of women over 60 (including me) who are not hunched over! ‘Most’ is a wild generalization.
