Sliver Plan questions??

Has anyone done the Silver plan and has anyone figured out if it is cost effective? We are thinking of adding it to our FTP (we would have to do so by 6/29) but I was just wondering if it was worth while. It seems like quite a bit of money, but then again I guess the overall eating experience is. Our agent w/ DU said we can allot our daughter's points to us, and just pay for her meals so that does seem to make more attractive. Anyone have any experience and did it seem worthwhile? Thanks.

We have done the Silver Plan and liked it very much. Although I could not tell you if we saved $$, paid more or broke even, I can tell you that it was worth it for us just for the convenience. We also felt that it allowed us to do things we normally would not have done (golf, spa, etc). We will continue to use the Silver Plan for future trips.

We feel the same way...it's our vacation. Hubby wants to play golf, I want some spa treatments. I may not have opted for that, but with the package, why not. He's getting a great deal for the cost of his golf lessons and a few rounds. I plan on using a couple for spa sessions, and a walking tour of Epcot.

We plan to have nice dinners each evening, with two nights as splurge nights, thus going to resturants requiring 2 wishes.

If towards the end of the trip we have unused wishes, hubby has the option of another game of golf, or we share a lunch or two along the way.

Special viewing thats offered for fireworks, and the AK parade, were icing.

In the end...if there was no golfing, it might not be worth it, but as it stands now...a good deal for us.
