Slightly worrying

My little boy has been sent home early from Nursery for the second time in a week because of a fire. The police have been called in now as they suspect the fires are being started deliberately. It really worries me that there might be someone out there who thinks it's OK to start a fire in a place where so many small children are present (or anywhere, really, for that matter). Not only that but the Nursery is likely to remain closed for the rest of the week so I now need to beg my boss for time off.

Oh dear, that is worrying Wilma. They don't think it's a child starting the fires do they???

They don't appear to know who/what is starting them. The Nursery is right behind our house and there are police everywhere. None of the staff have been allowed to leave, they all have to be interviewed. The police are guarding the gate and the fire investigators are checking the building. They have to also make sure it is structurally safe before they can re-open the Nursery.

that is very worrying but sadly not surprising news !! it never ceases to amaze me what some people think is funny, at least all the children and staff are ok

thats terrible that some one would deliberatly start a fire to harm these kids.
hope they find who it is pretty quickly.

What a nightmare. I hope they catch whatever idiot/s are doing soon so that things can get back to normal
