Slightly OT: MouseSurplus?

Did you notice the wax Walt on Ebay? Someone has placed a bid on him!

I visited them about a month ago, it was very interesting to see all the stuff they had.

I was there about a week ago. They had just moved into their new location and they didn't have alot of their stuff available to look at because they were still sorting the stuff out. I really wanted to look at their signs and banners, but they were still in a pile in the back. I still found alot of things to buy anyway.

Wow- this is cool!! :thumbsup2
If only my money tree was 'in bloom'!! I could do some serious damage. :rotfl2: Thanks!

It's pretty cool, I highly recommend it. It's on the way to/from the airport.
They have very reasonable prices on much of their merch. Of course if you want to drop a bundle, they can help with that too. :earsboy:

Is there "cheap" stuff there from the themeparks? Like attraction signs, hotel room individual furniture/bedding. I would love to have a bedspread from CBR. That would be awesome to own. What other things do they have? I told the sig. other that I want to get a table and chairs and make it our dining room table. ...not sure if that one went over well. haha :thumbsup2

Attraction signs aren't going to be cheap. I think you'd find the bedding pretty reasonable, after all it is very "used". There are items there from under $5 dollars, to really cool stuff that is astronomical(like the actual monorail car they have). I was there about three weeks ago and the wax Walt was right there in the entrance. They had PILES of Pal Mickey's for something like $15. They were the previous edition--most still in the box--but I don't know if they work with the current system at the parks. :earsboy:

Oh, thanks so much for this info.! We are def. going to go this Aug.!!!! :thumbsup2

holy moley!!!!!!! Ohhhh.. i wanna go!
How far is this place from actual WDW? Also, i am wondering if you are looking for something specific, if we can call and ask, if they will sell it over the phone to us?

.... I dont know. It might feel cheap to me. I'm the guy who paid hundred of dollars for a cirque du soleil bag. Hahaha

All I can say is thanks for pointing this out! DH and I are sitting here debating on the 15 piece wilderness lodge bedroom set. Only $500 plus $800 shipping!!!! LOL Seriously though- you can't get a good 15 piece set of bedroom furniture around here for that cheap! Oh boy... here we go  I can hear our friends now!

One thing I bought there was a Magical Gatherings banner (I think they were hung from lamp posts around MK) with tink. It's in real nice shape and I think I paid about $25 bucks for it. The people who work there are nice and they seemed to get a kick out of how much fun we were having there. I think they would sell over the phone if you would tell them when you were coming to pick up your merch.:earsboy:

Just to let you all know (did not see this posted) that Mousesurplus sells on Ebay....I have purchased a few things from there.....want to know what my favorite is?

A serving tray from the open air restaurant that used to be in Living with the Land...sorry the name escapes me now and dont have time to dig it out.....

Hehehe, We are buying a house in a couple of months. I think some Disney would go great in my new house. I don't know where I'm going to store it. BUT its Disney!

Any suggestions on how I could get the monorail home?

My DH is going to be so thrilled that I found another place to shop while we're down there! :teeth: :rolleyes1

Thanks so much for the link!
