Sleepy Hollow Mickey Waffle

I had posted a thread recently about the Sleepy Hollow Mickey Waffle with powdered sugar is my new favorite. Does anyone happen to know the brand of waffle mix they use if it is a mix? Or is it a proprietary recipe of theirs

Ok I did some research and I believe it’s Golden Malted but in looking I see a pancake and waffle mix or a pancake and waffle flour? Which one?

Never eaten a MM waffle at MK but have at resorts so I’ve something to compare to. Get the mix if you are in a hurry and the flour, otherwise.

I use KA’s Belgian waffle mix (with yeast) possibly because I’ve never seen Golden Malted sold in my area. Have fun!
