It looks like for our April trip, DD will be sharing a bed with me, DSS will be sharing with DH and DD will be on the floor. How hard is it going to be to bring a twin sized air mattress along on the plane? We are staying at Pop so I figure we will put her on the floor in front of the window. When we went 3 years ago and stayed at ASMo, the kids did not want to share a bed so they took turns on a 'nest' on the floor. Any other suggestions? DD will not sleep in a PnP and she is a huge roller still in a crib at home so I don't think an inflatable toddler bed would work.

what about the Toddler areo-bed? It is actually quite large and still works great for our 6 year old (and he has a ton of room still)

It does have sides on it - about 4 inches or so. So doesn't contain a child completely like a crib, but does a much better job than a twin air mattress (the sides keep the child from rolling off).

It deflates quite small with its own carrying bag and a small motorized pump.

I highly recommend this product! I think a lot of places carry it, but here is one link

I brought an aero bed for my dgd3 last fall and she found it scary to sleep on the floor in a strange place. She moved into bed with me.
