Sleeper chair in other resorts besides AKV?

Hi,

I am looking into future room options / resort to buy at. DW and I are going to stay at the PVB with DD (9) and DS (5) renting points. This should work out well with the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa at their current ages, but we are thinking about the future. It seems that the AKV-Kidani 1BR have the sleeper sofa and sleeper chair which would work out well as they get older, but I don't feel drawn to that location. We like MK and Epcot areas.

It seems like the other 1 BR options don't have sleeper chairs. Am I missing a location which might work out for a future DVC point purchase?

And yes, we could always bring an air mattress... But, it would be really nice if DVC had other 1 BR locations with 3 sleeping surfaces.

Old key west has a sleeper chair. Don't know about other places.

BLT also has a sleeper chair in the 1-bedrooms while VGF has the pull down bed under the TV like Poly.

Oh, I didn't know that BLT had a true sleeper chair. That sounds good. We will see how the pull down bed works when we go in March 2018. We don't own at this point, but it seems like something we might consider. I kind of like the idea of a trip every 2-3 years.
