Skyliner refillable mug, which resorts?

How big are these compared to the standard mug?

These are bigger. I have read 16 oz. but when I measured, I had room left over (I would say over an inch). When I do that with the old mugs it goes all the way to the edge.

The new ones are bigger. I used a measuring cup. 16 oz in the new cup leaves over an inch of room. The same amount in the old mug goes to the very top.

Are these mugs leak proof?

We have a number of stainless mugs that have a tight seal to throw in a backpack. I had planned on just dumping our drinks from resort mugs into the mugs we already own so that we could have our drinks in spill proof cups for park days. It'd be easier to skip that if these stainless mugs have lids that seal up tight.

Not a Downer at all. I was wondering the same myself. I saw it in person, but already had my refillable mug from earlier that week. What I saw seemed like it might fade or even chip, but I have no experience.

Anyone here actually buy it and use it at home?

I have been using my skyliner one at home since December and love it. The quality is much better than most disney cups I pick up and look at in the parks.

I haven’t seen the skyliner mugs for months even before they closed. I was there this week and looked for them and Star Wars are all they have. I think they just did a very limited run of the skyliner ones and I’m mad I didn’t get one when I had the chance.

I purchased the red skyliner mug in Feb, 2020. It is still nice looking and functional. I use it continually for ice water.
I do hand wash it, just in case. I wish I had grabbed the star wars one as well.
