This one looks related to the disabled cars coming on and off the main line which is somethig unique to the disney setup.

Why are they running the line with any disabled cars? That right there is a major flag..... Can't they afford to fix them?
Oh, you meant disability accessible cars on a separate cable that have to be interwoven with the main line in a unique Disney way, and not yet duplicated anywhere else!
