I'm looking into the possibility of an extra vacation in 2019. My DVC points (and plenty of vacation dollars) will be tied up in a trip to Aulani and Maui next year, so I'm looking around for a lower budget trip I might be able to do in February.

I remembered hearing about Sky Auction in the past, but never really looked into it until now. I've been looking on the Sky Auction website to see how it works. I know that lots of fellow DISers have gotten great deals on Sky Auction. Do any of you have any tips or advice, or anything I should be cautious of?

I'm tentatively looking for a week, Feb. 3-10, and thinking about a 2 BR at Wyndham Bonnet Creek, Sheraton Vistana, or something similar. This would not be a WDW park vacation, but rather a resort vacation with no agenda but relaxing. I'm also open to other locations in FL.

Thanks for any advice or cautions you all may have for me!
