I would suggest at least one sit down meal a day. if you try to run run run in the parks all day to see everything you are going to end up overheated, exhausted and cranky. sit down forces you to take a break for an hour as opposed to counter service where the impulse can be to wolf food down and then rush back out into the heat of a full stomach.
